About us

Narva is the biggest city in Ida-Viru County with more than 67 000 citizens.

VITATEAM has an office (small room in Mainori High School) in Narva. The office is situated near Russian boarder, and has a very nice view.

VITATEAM office is at the same time Info Support Centre, where is possible to get information and help the workers during the day (possibility to use Internet for information search, print needed material or get info-booklets.

VITATEAM NGO is newly coming NGO, and is the result of V.I.T.A. NGO activities done from 2006 in Ida-Viru County, Estonia. Organisation mission is to support and develop human resource, where youth is one of the main target groups. Also one of our main services is counselling both youth and those who is formally or not involved with youth work (including parents) in Ida-Viru County.


VITATEAM's working forms are:

- counselling service,
- training service,
- career guidance,
- pilot projects (examples: "Involving guys into youth work", supporting youth willing to open YOUTH CAFÉ, ...).

Our main target groups in activities initiated by us are:

-young people from 14 to 26,

-youth leaders and workers as well.


VITATEAM provides a variety of services and activities for the youngsters in Ida-Viru County. Our the most important task is to make a young person as well as grown-up people trust and believe in his/her own capabilities. We work in the field of unformal education.
Most part of our work is connected with youth work, and we do it in Narva, Narva-Jõesuu, Sillamäe, Olgino village, Jõhvi city, Kohtla-Järve and Kiviõli (there are also some small villages where we do our work).
The institutions we work with are: schools, community school, youth open centres, youth organisations and municipalities, labour market as well. We have partners on regional, state and European level. In nearest 2-3 years EVS program is going to be a priority in our daily work.
We also support local youth associations, organisations and different initiatives of young people by offering them free counselling service, and supporting in realising their activities through projects.

We initiate 2-3 days trainings on different topics connected with career guidance.
